Maybe Because His Name Is "Bootay"

Michael Buday sued the state of California in order to take his wife's last name after they were married.

Story here...

I don't know, for some reason, I would think that a woman wouldn't be in favor for her future husband to take her name. She can't be a Mrs. with her own name! It's kind of creepy to me. My thoughts here get a little sexist and anti-feminist, so I'll stop here. He probably has warrants.

I always imagined myself to be a hyphenate. Mrs. Jamal Sharif Hall-Anderson.

Already have the towels monogrammed.

What do you think? Would you let your husband take your name if he wanted?

Men, could you be so in love that you'd honor your wife by taking her last name?

Ain't my married name the coolness?
