A Note

Sorry for leaving you guys hanging Friday. I was in a choke-an-overzealous-YT kind of a mood and therefore heavily distracted.





Anyway, currently I (we) are currently hosting several family members and their friends while they wait out the event and the aftermath of Hurricane Gustav. As of now, they are asking others not to return back to the New Orleans area. It's cool with me because they do not mind cooking up in the crib and that is alrighty fine with me because we don't boil water up in that bish unless somebody is damn near dead. Here's to dry streets and good eats!

And to think I was seriously thinking of going back for good when I got all nostalgic and ish when I went back to visit this past July.
