I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend. Well, this weekend it rained off and on ALL WEEKEND!!! **sigh** So, I watched a few movies. Check out my reviews:
This movie was good, but too long!!! The highlights for me were when the old man kept telling the stories about how he got struck by lightning 7 times and when Passa called himself "healing" Queenie & Benjamin and then he had a heart attack.
I liked this movie!! It was kind of like the Kingdom, but with a random romance plot thrown in. The best thing this movie has to offer is Hanni Salaam (Mark Strong)!!**swoon**
This is my new ish!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE British gangster flicks ( Layer Cake, Revolver, etc)!! And it didn't help that Idris was in it talking with that cockney accent!! PPM*
