AT THE MOVIES: COMING ATTRACTIONS
This week's At the Movies will focus on my new rapper crush (since Clifford is going away til next November), David Banner. He is starring in the indie gang drama entitled "Days of Wrath". Check out Wilmer channelling his inner latino thug and my new "pank toe crush," Jeffery Dean Morgan
This film won't be released til September 2010.
AT THE MOVIES: COMING ATTRACTIONS
This week's At the movies was going to focus on "Madea Goes to Jail" and "Not Easily Broken," but I think that if you've seen one Madea movie/play, you've seen them all and Thank YaMo for online digital copies!!! "Not Easily Broken" was a pretty good movie, so I suggest that you pick up a digital copy or borrow one!!
Anyway, I was watching the "The Big Tease" on the Reelz channel. The Big Tease is a show that features trailers for upcoming movies. The show featured a trailer for a movie entitled "American Violet," which really grasped my attention, so I thought I would share.
@The Movies Coming Attractions : Obsessed
I saw the trailer for OBSESSED, starring Idris Elba, Ali Larter, and Beyshawn's Estranged Mother, when I went to see Notorious. This movie appears to be the 2009 De la Creole remix of "Fatal Attraction". But based on the trailer (see below), --- is really trying to show off her acting chops, even though the only awards this movie will be winning is a Razzie(Google it). But I do love how they made her evoke Celestine, especially when the detective was asking Idris questions. LOL
All in all, I don't think this movie will fare well at the theaters, even if her stans go. She doesn't have THAT many stans, does she? Even though I want to see the climatic face-off between her and that crazy stalker beesh, I think I'll wait til it hits Lifetime or TBS(very funny).

What's It All About?
Watch this trailer of Tyler Perry's new film, The Family That Preys and when you're done, please try to explain to me just what in he hayle is this movie about.
With each film, Tyler Perry is getting better at telling a cohesive story, but the preview for this film has got me all kinds of confused, especially that AstroTurf wig Perry is wearing throughout the film.
I just might go and see this one if I begin to understand the plot. Hell, I'm already watching House of Payne every week.
Anybody Planning On Seeing This?
Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns will be in theaters this Friday and I want to know if you have plans to see this film, and if so, why?
Meet the Browns is my least favorite Tyler Perry play, so I want to know what about the play (if you've seen it), the movie trailer or Tyler Perry's past work make you want to see or not see this film.
