Uh, Huh

Whether it be Diddy, Cassie or Star Magazine, someone needs more people.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is giving marriage a chance.

The bachelor father of six is quietly telling close friends and family that he and singer Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura are heading to the chapel.

"He told everyone to keep it extremely quiet because he didn't want it to get out, but you could tell he was excited," says a source. "Diddy said they hadn't set a date yet, but he wanted his family to hear the news first."

Diddy revealed his engagement to the Connecticut native at his son Justin's eighth-grade graduation ceremony in Riverdale, N.Y., on June 5. The hip-hop megastar met 17-years-younger Cassie after signing her up to his label, Bad Boy Records, in 2006.

Diddy ended his 10-year relationship with model Kim Porter last July.

Kim Porter has given birth to the majority of Puffy's spawns and he hasn't given her so much as a ring pop for her efforts. Cassie must have that "good good" Ashanti's talking about.

Solange is on the cover of the upcoming issue of Bust magazine.

What would make a woman want to marry Luther "Luke" Campbell?

According to People, Campbell, who stars in a new VH1 series, Luke's Parental Advisory, married the love of his life Kristen, who is 20 years his junior in Dallas. When asked why he chose to tie the know now for the first time, Campbell responded, “I’ve waited 47 years to find a special woman and have found that in Kristin…I never knew that I could feel love on another level like this until I met her, and I am now honored to call her my wife." Barr Blogs/Bitches 'Bout Oprah (Link)

Actress/comedian Roseanne Barr has made some wild accusations in her latest blog about talk show host Oprah Winfrey and Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama. Here’s a summary of what she said (with spelling and grammar fixed):

– Barack is an empty suit selling “hope” in lieu of Truth
– Oprah helped to elect Arnold Schwarzenegger I have no doubt that she voted her purse by doing this, as she is a large land owner in California, and that ilk fears Dems because they do not want to pay their “fair share” of Cali tax.
– Oprah has given us Dr. Phil. If that was not offensive enough to decent thinking people, now she brings us Obama. He has no ideas, no plan and nothing to add other than the cynical pacification of the masses with bedtime stories about hope.
– Oprah, you play the race card and the gender card too. You are a closeted republican and chose Barack because you do not like other women who actually stand for something to working American Women besides glamour, angels, Hollywood and dieting!
– It is historical that Oprah beloved of women, chooses a flashy man with small credentials over a seasoned woman politician with 35 years of experience…and sells that to the female demographic who look to her for inspiration!

Like someone said: vote for Hillary and sat your ass down!

All I've got to say is...

No I Love NY 3 Says VH1(Link)

You know that's a lie. They're not done killing us yet. Why was the AP sourching Media Fake Out in that article and why is an article about New York and Tailor Made on CNN.com??

New York, who was originally a contestant on VH1's "Flavor of Love," recently guest starred as herself on FX's "Nip/Tuck" and appears in the upcoming film "First Sunday" starring Ice Cube and Tracy Morgan.

Yet, another reason for me not to catch First Sunday at theaters. (Link)

Why, Oh Why Isn't This Super Dramatically Cunty Show More Popular? Racism.

Blame The Press Persia White has pulled out the race card to explain why her CW sitcom, "Girlfriends," isn't more popular.

"We always hoped it would get the same kind of credit that other shows like 'Sex in the City' got," White tells Steppin' Out's Chaunce Hayden. "But sadly enough, the fact that we're a female minority show, the press has been really, really hard on us. It has a lot to do with why we don't get much attention . . . the press has kept us segregated and kept us out of the mainstream."

...and the fact that the show is on UPN 2 and the writing sucks has a lot to do with it also.
