What Do You Mean There's Such A Thing As Gay Choir Members??!!



One of Washington’s largest black Baptist churches was rocked by a female member of its choir who sent separate e-mail messages to the pastor in December and January outing more than 100 church members as gay, mostly male choir members.

The outings added to the inner turmoil experienced by a large number of gays who attend services at the 7,000-member Greater Mount Calvary Holy Church, located on Rhode Island Ave., N.E., according to a gay former member who provided copies of the e-mails to the Blade.

“I will be leaving the choir at the top of the year because 80 percent of the tenors are homosexuals and act more like a female in choir rehearsal than I do,” the church choir member said in one of her e-mails to Bishop Alfred Owens Jr., the church pastor.



The e-mail, sent in December, identifies about 45 fellow church members as gay. She sent a second e-mail to Owens on Jan. 2 identifying another 62 church members as gay. [Chick was busy, huh?]

“The following people I am asking you to monitor very closely and my prayer is that you will sit them down from their ministries,” she told Owens in the December e-mail. “Because they are ushering in the presence of sin, lies, a spirit of homosexuality and sexual spirits.”

She sent a copy of her e-mails to a Yahoo list group that goes to more than 300 church members, a gay former church member said.

The person who released all of these revelations to the church congregation is a underhanded opportunist. If any of the persons cited in the snitch's many, many emails are in fact gay, she knew it for a long enough time to compile a list and only chose to reveal what she knew when there was an opportunity to gain from telling. If there are gay members of that choir who decided to keep their sexual identity to themselves, that is their business. Seriously, could you blame them? Look what happens. This person could care less about their souls. She got mad at someone and this is the result. That's Sneaky Bastard 101.

A Young Mother Killed and Young Child Injured In Police Raid

Is the mother or the police to blame for her fate?

A 26 year-old mother of six was shot and killed while holding her 16 month-old son who was shot and injured during a police raid to arrest her boyfriend on a drug dealing charge. Tarika Wilson's home where she lived with her son was raided January 4th.

The black citizens of the town of Lima, Ohio are demanding answers as to why would officers open fire in a home where a mother was holding an infant child. The town has been experiencing racial strife for decades, but this incident has brought these tensions to a head.

According to Wilson's mother, Tarika had six children aging from ages 8 to 1 and they were all fathered by drug dealers.

And this is where the story diverts in the public's eyes. Some fault Wilson for putting her child in a situation where an incident like this could occur, although Wilson's sister claims that she would never put her children in danger nor allow drugs to be sold from her home.
