The two corny ass co-hosts of BET's 106 & Park gave a great example for viewers during Friday's show of when effing a co-worker goes wrong.

Rosci and Terrence J last weekend

According to World Star Hip-Hop:

He [Terrence J] was checking her [Rosci] about how she was stuttering over her words and asked if she knew how to read told her that her breath stunk and she needed a mint, and asked her why she didn't look as good as Ciara. He continued to roast her, until she finally left off the stage during the 2nd video on the countdown and refused to close out the show.

Now what is we gon do?

I hope Rosci doesn't quit the show. We don't need anymore unemployed blac--Puerto Ric--Egypti--just what in the hell is Rosci, anyway?

Whatever she is, it's painfully apparent that she has no skills or abilities, so if this BET thing doesn't work out, she's gonna suffer the same fate as Ananda Lewis. Who? Exactly.

Speaking of co-worker's who don't know when to quit, do you have to deal with these types where you work and/or go to school?

Once upon an employ, this one heifer saw it fit to discuss facets of my existence with others. I play around a lot, but I don't play that.

After calmly expressing my feelings with said co-worker and reminding her that our cheap ass company laid off it's security detail, so she would have to wait for the arrival and the collective force of the entire NOPD to remove me off her ass if she were to put my name in her mouth at another opportunity. ...But I didn't walk off the job. You've got to set a precedent somewhere. That's where Rosci messed up.

People need to watch themselves, especially when things like this happen:
