What is the food stamp/cash exchange rate in your neck of the woods?





A friend of mine called me this weekend in a damn frenzy because she found a lady that sold her $400 for $200.

I never heard of fifty cents on the dollar, so I want to know if the food stamp entrepreneurs in your area are so generous.
