I swear he played a teenager on television for 30 of his 34 years..

Bumper Robinson, the actor usually typecast as the cute guy on various television sitcoms such as "Amen", "Family Matters" and "Living Single", is currently 34 years-old and is doing voice over work for animated television series.

Michael "Boogaloo Shrimp" Chambers, known for his moves and juicy Jheri curl. Is still working in film and television in Hollywood. I didn't know he was the man in the Urkel Bot suit on "Family Matters". Get that money, boy.

Karyn Parsons was originally pegged to play Wendy Williams in the film about her life, but filming conflicts with her family made it impossible to work around. Damn, I would have loved to see that.

Karyn Parsons started a company a few years ago called Sweet Blackberry, which makes Black History DVDs for children to learn about black history. Parsons is now a busy mom to daughter Lana, 4, and son Nico, 1.

Remember Caine from "Menace II Soceity"?

Tyrin Turner made his debut in Janet Jackson's "Rhythm Nation" video and made his breakout starring in 1993's Menace II Society is still making movies. According to his IMDB page: "Was scheduled for an album release on the Houston, Texas based "Rap A Lot Records" under the alias "Caine" taken from his character in "Menace 2 Society". The album was never released." Be thankful for small favors, Tyrin.

Am I the only one who thought his dying scene in "Menance II Soceity" was a taaaad over the top? Every time I watch it, I'm like "damn, dude...die already."

Speaking of this scene, I always get upset at the end because that drive-by killed Sharif the Muslim who turned his life around. I cried for days after watching that scene for the first time. Days.

And speaking of life-in-the-hood films of the 1990's, was I the only one who thought the guy that shoot and killed Ricky in "Boyz In The Hood" was a cutie? I used to feel bad for thinking that, but just look at the intensity in his eyes:

I almost didn't hold that death against him.

Anyway, Lloyd Avery II, although coming from a middle class and family-oriented background, began committing crimes and was murdered in prison while serving a life sentence for double murder.

Damn, dude.

Can you spot the 80's tv star in this photo?
